Amazing service from start to finish.
Service: End of tenancy deep clean, Two-bedroom flat.

We did not give the company a lot of notice but fortunately they were very accommodating and managed to find an appointment within our four day deadline.

Cleaner came on time and was very approachable and efficient.

The cleaning was thorough and he cleaned inside fridge, freezer, toilet, bath and inside the cupboard. They also took time to clean the windows and removed a little black mould.

Definitely value for money and a very pleasant experience. Can highly recommend.

We required a fairly urgent EOT clean and we’re calling around to get the best rates against best reviews. Campbells pro cleaners stood out. The coordinator Lee communicated excellently and was sympathetic to the our urgent demands. The clean itself was top notch and the pricing very fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional service from start to finish.

I can’t recommend Campbell’s Pro Cleaners highly enough. From my very first enquiry, the response time was incredibly fast. I heard back directly from the director, Lee, who provided a quote promptly and clearly.
Lee was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was personable, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like a priority as a customer. What really stood out was how much he reiterated that his main goal was to ensure we were completely happy with the clean. I booked a deep clean for a 4-bed property and not only was the quote fair for the amount of work involved, but he also reduced it as I was a first-time client. I really appreciated how he worked with me to offer the best possible price rather than a one-size-fits-all quote.
On the day, Lee sent two cleaners, Flo and Anne, who were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, precise, and just got on with the job. When I asked for a few extra little things to be done, they made no fuss at all. Their work was so thorough that I genuinely didn’t feel the need to check behind them, they were that good.
Since then, I’ve set up a monthly clean for two hours, and they also clean my brother’s office twice a week. The ongoing communication from Lee is always clear, precise, and reassuring. After a few bad experiences with other companies in the past, it was such a relief to finally find a professional, reliable company that genuinely keeps their promises.
One small thing worth mentioning is the payment is held prior to the booking but charged after the clean. I was initially a little alarmed, but Lee explained the process straight away and everything was absolutely fine.
To say I would recommend Campbell’s Pro Cleaners is an understatement. Thank you so much to Lee, Anne, and Flo... outstanding service all round.

Lee has been great from initial quoting to delivery. It was the best price I could find, Lee made sure everything was clear in terms of what’s covered and communication was brilliant throughout. Covered everything we needed for an end of tenancy clean. Tayo turned up on the day, he definitely took his time and made sure the property was cleaned well. There were some areas we asked to be revisited and Tayo was on it straight away. He made sure that we was happy before he left. Overall would highly recommend Campbell’s Pro Clean!

Really annoying I cannot remember the name of the cleaner. We booked a deep clean and the results were absolutely amazing. The property was left spotless and felt completely refreshed. Every room looked and smelled incredible. The attention to detail was clear from the moment we walked back in.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the whole service felt very professional and great value for money.

Booked a full deep clean and honestly couldn’t be happier. Every corner was spotless, even areas I’d forgotten about. Kitchen and bathroom looked brand new, and the team were professional, friendly, and on time. You can tell they really take pride in their work. Highly recommend for anyone needing a proper deep clean.
